We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company had approved conversion of 75 Foriegn Currency Convertable bond into 26,21,58,577 equity shares on June 17,2024 for which the company had filled application for in-principal approval on June 17,2024 which was duly recieved on June 27,2024

The Company had filed corporate action on June 27, 2024 which was approved on July 03, 2024. Thereafter the trading approval was received on July 03, 2024 and hence due to SHP as on 30.06.2024, the shares of Global focus fund were not credited in their demat account and shown under this particular category.
